Privacy, account, and support for Book Writing AI.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Book Writer AI (the "App"), the website located at buconeroapps.com (the "Website"), and any related artificial intelligence text generation services, features, or software provided by us (collectively, the "Services").
The Services are owned and operated by Individual entrepreneur MATTEO GIANNESSI, a sole proprietorship registered in Georgia under Identification Number 305858248, with its legal address at Georgia, Tbilisi, Saburtalo district, Bakhtrioni st., №22, apt. №75 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our").
Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, registering an account, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
1. Description of Services
Book Writer AI provides users with mobile tools fueled by artificial intelligence large language models (LLMs) to assist in creative writing, book generation, plotting, editing, and text composition.
We reserve the right to change, suspend, update, or discontinue any feature, AI engine, system limit, or content in the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability to you.
2. Eligibility and User Accounts
Age Requirements: You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have received parental or legal guardian consent to use the App.
Account Registration: You must register an account to access and save your creative writing projects. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and update it immediately if changes occur.
Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all writing activities that occur under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid Subscriptions: Access to premium AI generation capabilities, advanced tools, or specific output thresholds is provided via auto-renewable subscription plans (e.g., monthly or annual).
No Unlimited Plans: The App does not offer an "unlimited" text generation plan. All plans are bound by specific operational thresholds, volume limits, or token balances to ensure stable server functionality.
Billing Processing: All billing transactions are processed securely through third-party app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payments are subject to those platforms' terms and refund policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, payments made to us are non-refundable.
4. Ownership of Generated Content (Intellectual Property)
Your Rights: We do not claim any ownership rights over the text, plots, characters, stories, or books that you generate using Book Writer AI. As between you and us, you own 100% of the output generated by you through the App.
Commercial Use: You retain full commercial rights to publish, distribute, monetize, and sell the generated text (e.g., via digital platforms, self-publishing services like Amazon KDP, or physical print) without any royalty obligations or compensation due to us.
5. User Responsibility & Mandatory Anti-Plagiarism Clause
Critical notice: Artificial Intelligence models process information based on vast training datasets and can occasionally generate phrasing, concepts, or names that resemble existing copyrighted works, trademarks, or public figures.
User Liability: You are solely and fully responsible for the text generated, edited, or published through your account.
Mandatory Verification: You agree and warrant that you will conduct independent checks, reviews, and professional anti-plagiarism screenings before publishing, selling, or commercially distributing any content generated by Book Writer AI.
Hold Harmless: We do not guarantee that the AI-generated outputs will be entirely original or free from accidental similarities to existing literature. You agree to hold us harmless from any third-party claims, lawsuits, or demands regarding copyright infringement, plagiarism, trademark violations, or defamation related to your generated content.
6. Server Storage and Data Retention
Cloud Storage: To allow you to access your stories, books, and writing projects seamlessly across multiple devices, your generated texts and inputs are saved and stored securely on our cloud servers.
Data Security: We employ standard industry practices to keep your data secure. However, no digital storage system is 100% secure. We strongly advise you to maintain external personal backups of your creative work.
Account Deletion: If you choose to permanently delete your account through the App settings, your stored writing projects will be removed from our active production databases within thirty (30) days, subject to standard system logs and backup recovery rotation schedules as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Book Writer AI to generate or distribute text that:
- Promotes violence, extreme hate speech, explicit illegal acts, or severe harassment;
- Is used to automatically spam web services or manipulate online platforms;
- Attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying API structures, source code, or prompt frameworks of the App.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
"As Is" Basis: The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, creative quality, grammatical perfection, or market success of the text produced.
AI Anomalies: You acknowledge that AI models can experience "hallucinations," generate factual inaccuracies, or produce unpredictable stylistic results. Use of the App is entirely at your own creative risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Individual entrepreneur MATTEO GIANNESSI, his agents, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of publishing revenue, profits, or book sales;
- Rejection of your manuscript by third-party publishers or online stores (e.g., Amazon KDP) due to AI policies;
- Loss or corruption of text data stored on our servers.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall not exceed one hundred Euros (€100.00) or its equivalent in Georgian Lari (GEL).
10. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction
These Terms, your relationship with us, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
11. Complete Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be severed, and its invalidity shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Book Writer AI (the "App") collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It applies to the iOS and Android apps and to this help page.
The App is operated by Individual entrepreneur MATTEO GIANNESSI (ID 305858248), Georgia, Tbilisi, Saburtalo district, Bakhtrioni st., №22, apt. №75 ("we", "us", "our").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account information
To create and restore your account we collect:
- Email address from Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple
- Display name or username (from your sign-in provider or the name you set in the App)
- A unique user ID created by Firebase Authentication
We do not collect your phone number, postal address, or payment card number.
1.2 Writing projects and other content you create
To save your work and run the App we store:
- Books, chapters, outlines, prompts, notes, characters, and related writing data
- AI-generated text and review results created for your projects
- Optional profile photo and book cover images you upload or generate
- Public profile details and books you choose to publish in the App's social features (username, photo, published text, and similar public activity such as likes or follows)
1.3 Subscriptions
If you subscribe, we store the subscription plan, status, renewal information, platform (App Store or Google Play), and purchase identifiers needed to unlock premium features. Apple and Google process the actual payment. We do not see or store your full credit-card number.
1.4 Notifications
If you allow notifications, we store a push-notification token (FCM/APNs) so we can tell you when a long-running task such as an AI review is ready.
1.5 Diagnostics, analytics, and device data
To operate, secure, and improve the App we collect:
- Crash logs, stack traces, and device metadata (Firebase Crashlytics)
- App usage events such as screens viewed and ad-related diagnostics (Firebase Analytics), after consent where required
- Device or other identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID, Firebase installation ID, and similar app-instance IDs
- Approximate location derived from IP address (not GPS / precise location)
- IP address and basic device/app information used for sign-in security, abuse prevention, and cloud functions
1.6 Advertising data
The free version shows ads through Google AdMob and Unity Ads. Those SDKs may collect and share advertising identifiers, approximate location (from IP), ad interactions (impressions, taps, video views), diagnostics, and, in some cases, purchase-history signals used for ad measurement. In the European Economic Area, UK, and other consented regions we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask for your consent before personalized ads and analytics collection.
1.7 What we do not collect
We do not collect contacts, SMS, precise GPS location, microphone recordings, or your full payment-card details. Photos are collected only if you choose to set a profile photo or book cover.
2. How We Use Your Information
- App functionality: create your account, save and sync your books, generate and review text with AI, upload covers or a profile photo, and operate social features you use
- Subscriptions: verify purchases and unlock premium features
- Notifications: send optional status updates you requested
- Analytics: understand how the App is used and fix product issues
- Crash reporting: diagnose crashes and stability problems
- Advertising: show ads in the free version, measure ad performance, and (where allowed) personalize ads
- Security and fraud prevention: protect accounts, APIs, and the App from abuse
We do not sell your personal information.
3. AI Processing
When you use writing, review, or cover-generation features, the relevant prompts and text (and, for generated covers, image-generation prompts) are sent to our cloud functions and to AI providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic so they can return the generated result. Those providers process that content to fulfill your request. Do not include information in prompts that you do not want processed this way.
4. When We Share Information
4.1 Service providers (processing on our behalf)
We use companies that host or operate the App for us. They may process your data only to provide their service to us, for example:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, App Check, Analytics, Crashlytics)
- Apple and Google for sign-in and in-app purchases
- OpenAI and Anthropic for AI text and image generation
4.2 Advertising partners (this is "sharing")
AdMob and Unity Ads receive device identifiers, approximate location, ad-interaction data, diagnostics, and similar signals to deliver, measure, and (where permitted) personalize ads, and to prevent ad fraud. This is sharing with advertising partners, not a sale of your writing projects.

4.3 Other users
If you publish a book or set a public profile, other App users can see the information you made public (for example username, photo, and published chapters).
4.4 Legal
We may disclose information if required by law or if needed in good faith to protect our rights, users, or the security of the App.
5. Storage, Security, and International Transfers
- Account data, books, and images are stored on Google Firebase / Google Cloud.
- Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
- Providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on their appropriate transfer safeguards.
6. Retention
- Account, writing projects, photos, and subscription status are kept while your account is active.
- If you delete your account in the App, we remove associated data from our active systems, generally within 30 days. Backups and security logs may persist for a short rotation period.
- Crash, analytics, and advertising partners keep data according to their own retention policies.
- Deleting the App from your device does not delete your cloud account. Use in-app deletion or email us.
Store subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and are not cancelled automatically when you delete the App account. Manage or cancel them in your store account.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data, or object to certain processing.
- In the App: Settings → Delete Account permanently deletes your account and app data.
- By email: [email protected]. We aim to respond within 30 days.
- Ads and analytics consent: in supported regions, use the App's privacy / consent options (UMP). You can also reset or opt out of the advertising ID in your device settings.
- Notifications: disable them in system settings.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is for users aged 16 and over, consistent with our Terms. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The latest version will always be on this page, with a new "Last updated" date.

Delete your Book Writer AI account
You can permanently delete your account and the writing data stored with it at any time.
In the App
- Open Book Writer AI and sign in
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
By email

- Include the email address you used to sign in
We aim to complete email requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account (Google / Apple / Firebase)
- Saved books, chapters, and related writing data
- Profile photo, covers, and public profile content tied to the account
What is not cancelled automatically
Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions stay active until you cancel them in your store account. Deleting the App or the account does not stop store billing by itself.
