These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NoWifi: Offline Mini Games (the "App"), the website located at buconeroapps.com (the "Website"), and any related games, features, technologies, or software provided by us (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are owned and operated by Individual entrepreneur MATTEO GIANNESSI, a sole proprietorship registered in Georgia under Identification Number 305858248, with its legal address at Georgia, Tbilisi, Saburtalo district, Bakhtrioni st., No. 22, apt. No. 75 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, launching, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Description of Services

NoWifi: Offline Mini Games is a mobile arcade collection. The App includes multiple casual games that are designed to be playable without an internet connection, including shooter, runner, puzzle, reflex, and strategy-style mini-games. We may add, replace, update, or remove individual games at any time.

The App does not require a user account. High scores and similar progress are stored locally on your device unless a future feature expressly states otherwise.

We reserve the right to change, suspend, update, or discontinue any game, feature, advertisement, or content in the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability to you.

2. Eligibility

Age Requirements: You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have received parental or legal guardian consent to use the App.

No Account: The App is intended for use without registration. These Terms apply even though you play as a guest and do not create an account.

3. Offline Play, Advertisements, and Optional Purchases

Offline Gameplay: Core gameplay is designed to work without Wi-Fi or mobile data. Some features, such as advertisements, store updates, or optional online services, may require a network connection when they are available.

Advertisements: The Services are supported by advertising revenue. By using the App, you agree that we may display banners, rewarded videos, and other promotional content (for example via Google AdMob or other mediation networks). Rewarded ads may offer optional in-game benefits such as a continue or revive. Watching an ad is optional; you can keep playing without it.

Optional Purchases: If optional one-time purchases, ad-free unlocks, or other paid add-ons are introduced, they will be disclosed before purchase and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Those platforms' payment and refund rules apply. To the maximum extent permitted by law, payments made to us are non-refundable.

4. Local Scores, Progress, and Device Data

High scores, unlocks, and similar progress are saved on your device. Uninstalling the App, clearing app data, changing devices, or restoring a device may permanently delete that local progress. We are not responsible for lost scores or progress stored only on your device.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Cheat, hack, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App or its scoring systems;
• Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content;
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with advertisements, usage limits, or security features;
• Copy, resell, or commercially exploit the App except as permitted by law;
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

We own all rights, title, and interest in the App, including its software, design, branding, logos, interface, original game names, and service structure, except for third-party materials used under license. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App except as permitted by law.

Some visual assets used in certain games are licensed from third-party creators under permissive licenses (including CC0). Those assets remain subject to their original license terms. Their use does not grant you any ownership of the App or our branding.

NoWifi: Offline Mini Games is an independent entertainment product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any unrelated game publisher, console maker, or trademark holder whose names or styles may be casually similar to individual mini-game titles.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that gameplay will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or free from bugs, difficulty spikes, or data loss.

The App is for entertainment only. Scores, difficulty, and in-game outcomes have no cash value and do not constitute prizes, contests, or gambling.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Individual entrepreneur MATTEO GIANNESSI, his agents, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of local scores, progress, or entertainment time;
• Device performance, battery use, or overheating related to gameplay;
• Ad load failures, rewarded-ad interruptions, or store billing issues handled by Apple or Google;
• Service interruptions, game updates, or discontinued mini-games.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services shall not exceed one hundred Euros (€100.00) or its equivalent in Georgian Lari (GEL).

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Individual entrepreneur MATTEO GIANNESSI from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.

10. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms, your relationship with us, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Complete Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be severed, and its invalidity shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire legal agreement between you and us regarding NoWifi: Offline Mini Games.

This Privacy Policy applies to the NoWifi: Offline Mini Games mobile application and related services provided by Buconero Apps. It explains what information is processed when you use the App and how you can request deletion of data.

1. Offline-First Design

NoWifi: Offline Mini Games is designed so you can play without creating an account and without an internet connection. Gameplay, high scores, and similar progress are stored on your device. We do not operate a player account system and we do not host your scores on our servers.

The App may still use a network connection when available, mainly to show advertisements. Ads are not required to play the games.

2. Information We Process

2.1 Information stored on your device

The App may store locally:

• High scores and similar gameplay progress;
• Basic in-app preferences needed to run the games.

This information stays on your device unless you back it up through your operating system or a store backup feature that you control.

2.2 Information processed for advertising (when online)

When your device is online and ads are shown, advertising partners may process limited technical and advertising data, such as:

• IP address, approximate region, device type, operating system, app version, and language settings;
• Advertising identifiers or consent signals (for example Apple's Identifier for Advertisers, subject to your tracking permission on iOS);
• Ad impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad completions, and similar ad-performance events.

The App does not require precise location, contacts, camera, photo library, microphone, or payment card access for gameplay.

3. How Information Is Used

Information is used to:

• Save local scores and operate the games on your device;
• Show advertisements and measure ad performance when a network connection is available;
• Offer optional rewarded ads (for example a continue or revive);
• Respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your gameplay to build a social profile or cloud leaderboard.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services that have their own privacy policies, including:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob

On iOS, Apple may show an App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can refuse tracking and continue playing. You can also reset or limit advertising identifiers in your device settings.

5. Data Sharing

We may disclose information only in the following situations:

• With advertising and platform providers that help display and measure ads;
• When required by law, legal process, government request, or to protect rights, safety, and security;
• In connection with a business transfer, merger, restructuring, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Data Security

Local scores are stored with standard device storage. Advertising data is handled by the relevant ad networks. No mobile app, ad network, or internet transmission is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you uninstall the App, clear the App's data, or otherwise delete it from the device. We do not keep a cloud copy of your scores.

Advertising partners may retain limited technical data according to their own policies. You can request help with deletion by following the instructions in the Delete Account section or by contacting us at [email protected].

8. Children's Privacy

NoWifi: Offline Mini Games is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. International Data Processing

If ads are shown, advertising partners may process data in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards and service provider commitments to protect personal data during international processing.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page, and continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated policy.
