Terms, privacy, account deletion, and support for the FreeAI chatbot.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FreeAI (the "App"), the website located at buconeroapps.com (the "Website"), and any related chatbot, artificial intelligence, account, support, or software features provided by us (collectively, the "Services").
The Services are owned and operated by Individual entrepreneur MATTEO GIANNESSI, a sole proprietorship registered in Georgia under Identification Number 305858248, with its legal address at Georgia, Tbilisi, Saburtalo district, Bakhtrioni st., No. 22, apt. No. 75 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our").
Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, creating an account, using the App as a guest, sending a prompt, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
1. Description of Services
FreeAI provides an AI chatbot designed for free users and people who do not want a paid subscription. The App can help with everyday questions, brainstorming, writing drafts, summarizing text, learning support, and other general-purpose assistant tasks.
The App is not a professional adviser, emergency service, medical provider, legal adviser, financial adviser, therapist, or official source of facts. AI-generated responses are provided for general information and convenience only.
2. Eligibility and Account Access
Age Requirements: You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have received parental or legal guardian consent to use the App.
Guest Access: FreeAI may allow limited use without registration. If you use the App as a guest, these Terms still apply to your usage.
Accounts: Certain features, saved chat history, device sync, or support requests may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Free Access, No Subscription, and Fair Usage
No Subscription Required: FreeAI is intended to provide core chatbot access without requiring a subscription. We may use advertisements, rate limits, daily usage limits, wait times, model routing, or other fair usage controls to keep the service available and sustainable for free users.
Optional Purchases: If optional non-subscription purchases, donations, or paid add-ons are introduced in the future, they will be clearly disclosed before purchase and processed through the relevant app store or payment provider.
Service Availability: We may modify, suspend, throttle, or discontinue any feature, AI model, usage limit, or free allocation at any time, especially to protect service stability, prevent abuse, or comply with law.
4. AI Inputs, Outputs, and User Responsibility
Your Prompts: You are responsible for the prompts, files, text, or other content you submit to the App. Do not submit sensitive personal data, passwords, payment details, medical records, confidential business information, or content you do not have the right to use.
AI Responses: AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or unsuitable for your situation. You must independently verify important information before relying on it.
Content Rights: As between you and us, we do not claim ownership over your prompts or the responses generated for you through the App, subject to the rights needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Services.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use FreeAI to:
- Generate or facilitate illegal activity, malware, fraud, phishing, spam, or platform abuse;
- Create severe harassment, hateful content, sexual content involving minors, or instructions for violence or self-harm;
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created where disclosure is legally required;
- Upload private or confidential information about other people without permission;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, automate, resell, or bypass limits of the App or its underlying AI services.
6. Privacy and Data Handling
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Prompts and responses may be processed by our systems and trusted AI infrastructure providers to generate answers, detect abuse, improve reliability, and keep the App secure.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, safety, availability, reliability, originality, legality, or usefulness of any AI-generated response.
You acknowledge that AI systems can produce hallucinations, false statements, biased content, code errors, or misleading suggestions. Use of the App is at your own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
We own all rights, title, and interest in the App, including its software, design, branding, logos, interface, and service structure. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App except as permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Individual entrepreneur MATTEO GIANNESSI, his agents, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunities, or reputation;
- Decisions made based on AI-generated responses;
- Service interruptions, rate limits, model errors, or deleted chat history;
- Claims arising from content you submit or generate through the App.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall not exceed one hundred Euros (€100.00) or its equivalent in Georgian Lari (GEL).
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Individual entrepreneur MATTEO GIANNESSI from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or the content you submit or generate through the Services.
11. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction
These Terms, your relationship with us, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
12. Complete Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be severed, and its invalidity shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire legal agreement between you and us regarding FreeAI.

This Privacy Policy applies to the FreeAI mobile application and related services provided by Buconero Apps. It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can request deletion of your data.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
If you create an account or sign in, we may collect:
- Email address or authentication identifier;
- User ID generated by our authentication provider;
- Basic account settings, preferences, and support history.
1.2 Chat Content
To provide chatbot responses, FreeAI processes the text you enter, including prompts, messages, and AI-generated replies. If cloud history or account sync is available and enabled, your chat history may be stored so you can access it later.
1.3 Usage, Device, and Diagnostic Data
We may collect limited technical data such as:
- IP address, approximate region, operating system, app version, device type, and language settings;
- Feature usage, request timestamps, response status, crash logs, and performance diagnostics;
- Advertising identifiers or consent signals if ads are displayed in the App.
FreeAI does not require precise location, contacts, camera, photo library, microphone, or payment card access for core chatbot use.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Generate AI chatbot responses and operate the App;
- Authenticate users and restore accounts;
- Save chat history or preferences when those features are available;
- Apply fair usage limits and protect the free service from abuse;
- Improve stability, detect errors, prevent fraud, and keep the Services secure;
- Show ads or measure ad performance where ads are used to support the free service;
- Respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests.
We do not sell your personal data.
3. AI Processing and Third-Party Services
To generate responses, your prompts and relevant conversation context may be sent to trusted AI infrastructure providers or backend services that process data on our behalf. These providers are used only to deliver, secure, maintain, and improve the App.

We may disclose information only in the following situations:
- With service providers who help us operate authentication, cloud storage, AI processing, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and support;
- When required by law, legal process, government request, or to protect rights, safety, and security;
- In connection with a business transfer, merger, restructuring, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no mobile app, cloud service, AI system, or internet transmission is 100% secure. You should avoid submitting passwords, financial data, private documents, or highly sensitive information in chat prompts.
6. Data Retention
We retain account information and cloud chat history for as long as needed to provide the Services or until you request deletion. Diagnostic logs, abuse-prevention records, and analytics may be retained for a limited period to maintain security, reliability, and legal compliance.
If chat history is stored only on your device, uninstalling the App or clearing local app data may remove that local history from the device. Cloud-stored account data must be deleted through an account deletion request or in-app deletion feature when available.
7. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your FreeAI account and associated personal data at any time by following the instructions in the Delete Account section below or by contacting us at info@buconeroapps.com.
We process deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Backup copies may remain temporarily in secure backup systems until regular backup rotation is completed.
8. Children's Privacy
FreeAI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
9. International Data Processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards and service provider commitments to protect personal data during international processing.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page, and continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated policy.

Account & Data Deletion - FreeAI
If you created a FreeAI account, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
To delete your FreeAI account:
- Send an email to info@buconeroapps.com
- Use the subject: "Delete My FreeAI Account"
- Include the email address or sign-in method you used for FreeAI
- If available, include your FreeAI user ID from the App settings
What will be deleted
- Your authentication account associated with FreeAI;
- Cloud-stored chat history, saved prompts, preferences, and account settings;
- Personal data associated with your FreeAI account, unless retention is legally required.
What may be retained
- Anonymous or aggregated analytics that do not identify you;
- Security, abuse-prevention, legal, or transaction records when retention is required or permitted by law;
- Temporary backup copies until normal backup rotation is completed.
We process deletion requests within 30 days. If you used FreeAI only as a guest and did not create an account, uninstalling the App or clearing local app data may remove local chat history stored on your device.
